• A sanatorium-resort card (no more than 1 month old) and an X-ray examination of the chest organs (fluorography) no more than 1 year old.

In the absence of a spa card, you can undergo an initial examination at the resort (UAC, OAM, ECG, doctor's consultation).

The cost of the examination will be 2,500 rubles.

In this case, you only need to have:

• An extract from the outpatient card indicating the diagnoses in the presence of chronic diseases;

• Chest X-ray examination (fluorography);

• Gynecologist's report (for women).

Until the test results are received, the attending physician may prescribe a more gentle treatment.

When checking in, you must have:

• Birth certificate (up to 14 years old) or a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (from the age of 14);

• SNILS

When booking a spa package or a medical and wellness program, you must additionally have:

• A health resort card (at least 1 month old);

• Certificate of epidemic welfare or enterobiosis test (for children under 9 years old inclusive), helminth eggs test (for children under 14 years old inclusive)

When booking rooms for underage guests arriving without parents, it is necessary to provide written consent from one of the parents. The order of settlement:

Children under the age of 14:

• Mandatory presence of an adult accompanying person

• The written consent of the parent is required

• Documents confirming the identity of the child are required

Children between the ages of 14 and 18:

• Check-in is possible with a minor's passport.

• The written consent of the parent is required

• The presence of an accompanying person is optional

Requirements for obtaining consent:

On behalf of one of the parents, indicating the parent's full name, write that the child can check into a specific hotel on a certain date with the full name of the accompanying person. At the bottom of the document is the date of its writing and the parent's signature with a transcript.

When accompanied by a minor guest, the following additional requirements are required:

• Passport of the accompanying person

• Child's birth certificate (or passport for children over 14 years old)

• Written consent of one of the parents (paragraph 18 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 N 1853 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation") or documents confirming custody/guardianship
