Absolutely amazing place with great service! The staff is very pleasant and polite - ALL OF THEM! Everyone was smiling and friendly) They solved any issues that arose, gave recommendations on the procedures, the procedures themselves were also excellent, new equipment, comfortable furniture, everything was thought out to the smallest detail - blankets, music, etc. Special thanks to Alexander for the general massage (the massage itself and further recommendations are excellent!). A rich program for every taste. It's nice to be on the territory, everything is clean and comfortable, everything is lit up in the evening, the Christmas tree is elegant. For kids, there is a children's area and an ice slide, you can rent a bagel, a snowmobile and even ice cubes! We went together with a child of 4 years old - both are delighted! We walked, rolled, and had a lot of fun. The children's room is wonderful, the tutors are all polite and patient, they know how to interest and occupy the children. The buffet was also very varied - appetizers, salads, hot dishes, soups, and delicious desserts) We will definitely come again!

We had a family vacation from January 13-17, 2025. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned conscientiously. Honey, staff, polite administrators: they will explain, show, the atmosphere is 100 points. It is very pleasant to communicate and relax with such people. Children's room: 100 points. The teachers are kind, they will find an approach to any children. From toddlers to seniors, there is something for everyone to do. Special thanks to Elena for the musical hour, guitar songs, I came out in a state of euphoria. Food: the menu is varied, very tasty, the pastries are just "finger licking" Thank you all for an excellent stay.

We liked it I booked a day, but we spent it very actively! The room is normal, clean, and I hope they will renovate it in the future, as a Business building. Unfortunately, accommodation in the new buildings is not provided for our family of 2 adults and children aged 4 and 15. Not enough space. We went in the fall, so the accommodation in the main building was convenient. Everything is in the building. I liked the food, everything is delicious, there is plenty to choose from. It was really cool that the all-inclusive, not just breakfast, was calm for the youngest. Fruits, desserts were present Very interesting activities We got to the Micromagic show, it was interesting and interactive. Then there was a disco Pilates in the morning, I thought it was nonsense, but there is no very high-quality lesson, at the level. Then strength training. There are many master classes , we participated in three in a day, the price is symbolic for residents. We brought home the crafts ! The pool was no longer working, when the renovation is done it will be very cool. Beautiful territory. There is an application where you can make a schedule for the day. Convenient, you won't miss anything. Children are given "AMAKSis" for participating in activities, then you can buy something with them, but you need to live a week to save up for the cheapest gift. An interesting feature (activity for guests) is respect for the owners of the hotel! Further prosperity, we will return again))) The children were delighted
