Galvanization

Galvanization is a method of local exposure to direct electric current through electrodes and wet hydrophilic pads (or using an electrically conductive gel) applied in contact to the skin surface or mucous membranes of certain areas of the patient's body.

As a result, positive physico-chemical reaction complexes are formed in the body's tissues, which contribute to changing the functional state of the nervous system, improving blood and lymph circulation, trophic, metabolic and regenerative processes, and increasing immunological reactivity.

Indications for galvanization:

consequences of injuries;
diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system;
vegetative dystonia;
neurasthenia and other neurotic conditions;
diseases of the digestive system;
hyper- and hypotonic diseases;
coronary heart disease;
atherosclerosis in the initial stages;
chronic inflammatory processes in various organs and tissues;
chronic arthritis and periarthritis of various origins.
